I would agree with Brian you that 1.5^3ft is a bit large for a 6.5", but with the specs of the driver the Q and therefore response goes up that well known creek if you bring the volume down to something more usual like 0.5^3ft. If it all goes pear-shaped, he can allways find a bigger driver to go in the enclosure. But I think it will be fine, it will just get a little limited on excursion down below 50Hz or so, maybe a HP filter at 40Hz would do the trick.
