Go to: http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/2002home/
Click on 400_4-MAN, this is the manual for your amp.
Or refer to your copy of the manuual that came with the amp.
Now, I would wire these subs like this:
Sub(1) - Voice Coil(1) to front right
Sub(1) - Voice Coil(2) to rear right
Sub(2) - Voice Coil(1) to front left
Sub(2) - Voice Coil(2) to rear left
Obvoiusly Sub(1) is your right, and Sub(2) is your left
Refer to your manual for proper settings for stereo front and rear output, crossed over for low-pass, using the X-Card.
I would recommend placing each sub in a seperate enclosure, that way they don't 'fight' when stereo-sub frequencies are being reproduced. Good Luck, Corey
