Subject: sub wiring (best way?)

I've just purchased a Rockford Fosgate 400.4 (which is a 4 channel amplifier)(bridgeable to 2-channels )(1 per side) and also just purchased (2) Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2 (dual 4 ohm voice coils each). Been doing this for some time now! Just a little puzzeled on how to wire these up? I mean, for instance bridged or unbridged , and paralle or series, or what? What would sound the best and use my equipment to its fullest potential?
