Depends on the quality of your stereo pair, if they are good quality go with 80Hz, otherwise it will need to bge nearfield in the centre of your stereo pair, then you will have to go with whatever you think the f3 of your stereo pair is (crappy computer speakers could be anywhere up to 400Hz or so.)
