Subject: whats the best enclosure setup for a single Boston Acou. 10" pro sub.

i have a Boston Acoustic 10" pro - 10.4LF couple years old. i trying to build an enclosure for it going in the rear trunk of a 91 BMW 5 series. i was wondering if any one new a good setup and shoud it be ported or sealed ? my last setup was a ported on in an open back of a pathfinder but now its in an enclosed trunk. does this matter ? and what is the optimum cubic size ?
