I just ran the numbers from the BPD website through the spreadsheet available from this site, along with the effective diamater that I calculated for you and came up with the following.

Driver: BPD1203
Enclosure: Ported
Internal Net Volume: 2ft^3 (From BPD website)
Tuning Frequency: 30Hz (From BPD website)
Sensible Port: 4" @ 15.8" long
Ideal Port: 12" @ 163"
Max SPL @ 100WRMS: 128dB

Calculations done with 16Hz HPF 12dB/Oct

Hope this is what you are asking for.
