Subject: Stovetop instead of potatoes.....Stuffing ?'s

I have some basic questions about stuffing.

Can someone tell me what effect the addition of fiberfill stuffing has on the Q alignment of a sealed subwoofer box?

Can I decrease the volume needed by adding stuffing? By how much is it reduced 10-25-50%???

Is there anyway to tell how much to add without measuring? Thanks.
