As long as you get the volume controls nearenough the same, then I can't see it causing a problem, amps are used to some back emf due to the spring return of the driver. The best way of doing things would be to run the amps full, and attenuate the mono input signal to the amps, such that both amps are recieving the same (lower) signal. Go with the 350 if you can get another the same.
