If the two signals are not of the same voltage/phase then I believe this problem will allways occur. By using two of the same make/model amplifiers, all you will gain is the phase will be aproximatly correct, if you had different models then the phase may also be out by a radian or so.

Basically the DVC driver is like a transformer with three virtual coils, the two VC's and the cone. If you drive just one of the coils (a VC or the cone) then stuff will come out of the other two (sound or electrical signal).
