I dont' think it would damage the driver directly, but I believe it may damage the lower power amplifier. The cone would be moving more than the 200W signal is expecting. so a voltage will be back induced on the second coil, which will directly disipate through the amp. Basically the 200W amp would try to 'Damp' the driver by 200W. I may be wrong, but that is my gut feeling.
