I think I'd be concerned about using such a long box with such a high filter point.

Consider speed of sound = 330 m/s, Fc=90 Hz, 1/4 wavelength = 3330/(90*4) = 0.92 m . This is almost exactly half the length of the box. With the driver at one end of the box (as you have pictured it), it's possible you're may end up with response ripples around the x-over point.
