You dont need to know Fb or Fs or F3 to set the crossover. The question was referring to Fb beforehand. You should get the latest version of Vance Dickasons Loudspeaker design cookbook which is verion 6, as your version 3 is outdated now. The Q of a box is really just how tight or muddy the bass is. F3 is very important as well, but theres a lot more to a design than that (such as frequency curve, compression, SPL, port velocity, and so on).
