I think wOOx uses a type of passive radiator whose suspension compliance corresponds to the compliance of the additional air in a larger enclosure. So it's sort of a "virtual enclosure", which is then tuned to the desired frequency. For this use, it is less important to look at the Mms of the passive radiator as it is to look at the Vas. Many PRs are not measured in Vas, but Philips manufactures its own PRs so it can know the Vas of the wOOx-slave's suspension.
