Hi,

The volume of a vent is easily calculated from

V = pi*Av*Av*Lv

where:
pi = 3.14159
Av = port radius (from center all the way to the circumference or edge)
Lv = port length (not including the small length in the panel)

You might find my small program useful. You can download it from the link above. I hope you find it useful. I just remembered that I forgot to deduct the small length that is equal to the baffle thickness (when the port is inserted and glued to the baffle). For the meantime, the volume equal to pi*Av*Av*(baffle thickness) must be added to Vmisc in my program to give a much more approximation for true Vab =)
