Check the phase of the connections. Make sure plus goes to plus and minus goes to minus on all of your woofer/amp connections.
If that fails, check to make sure that the markings on the woofer are correct by connecting a D cell across the terminals and observing which way the cones move. With the + and - connected together , the cones should move out.
