Subject: Audiobahn aw1005 enclosure help

I just purchased a pair of Audiobahn AW1005 subs to be powered by my D2. I am considering a slot-ported enclosure, and would like to locate the port in the center of the baffle. My questions is: How do I calculate the port depth and width? Are there any PC programs that will calculate it for me, once I have entered all of the enclosure dimensions? Thanks for any help :-)
