Just make sure you use a heavy enough guage power wire, probably 4ga. Then use a distribution block to split 1 into 2. Fuse at the battery equal to your amps fuses. If your HU has outputs for F,R & sub channels use them or you could use an outboard crossover. Or if your 4ch. amp has pre-outs, connect the sub amp there.
