hey, i was just wondrin, whats the big deal about mdf? im using just regular plywood with a 12" radio shack (yes you heard right, radio shack) sub, and it works really well. Plenty of loudness. and a guy i know used some shitty scrap wood with a 12" kicker, and that worked great. super loud. so my conclusion is that mdf is not at all neccicery. accept maybe for those competion people that need the extra .1 dB. am i right or wrong? let me know please.
