I think I know the sub your talking about. It's the Velodyne Hgs-15BGE It goes to 10Hz with the x-over at 40Hz and 12Hz when crossed at 120Hz. It's a sealed sub and has a 60L cabinet.It's great if you can afford it. It costs around $5,200 here in Australia so that would be around $2,600US.As for its spl it can get up to 120db.
