Greetings all bass fans.
I have been putting together a dj rig over the last year and recently aquired two HUGE sub boxes. These boxes (my knowledge of design is limited), I think are called w bins, with two square ports on the front. They have space for one 18" driver each, inside the box facing backwards.
These boxes came empty, and I am trying to fill them.
I am looking for advice on brands of 18" p.a. drivers that handle crazy amounts of power and are fairly robust. I would like to pack as much power in the boxes as is possible, as they will be used for raves, where spl is a big factor.
I am located in montreal, and I have the option of buying local components called "transparence". A friend who works with a larger sound company recommends RCF drivers.
Can anyone help me?
