Subject: Rockford Fosgate Punch XLC 18"

I was wondering if I could get loud bass with a F3 of 15Hz with this sub. If, how large box and does it have to be sealed or ported? If both boxes reach the goal, compare them. Note that I donīt want a box larger than 1000l, so is this possible?
