Introduction:
This section will contain an outline of the DIY build, including any
specific goals, e.g. to build a tapped-horn using a 15" driver and a single
sheet of plywood.
Designer
Information: Information about the designer (e.g. name, etc.)
will be included here
Simulation: This section will contain the
corresponding HornResp simulation of the DIY build. If necessary or
required, Akabak or other simulation data will also be included here. The
simulations should show the input parameters, the predicted frequency
response and the predicted impedance curve. Two examples are provided
below.
The imput parameters to the
corresponding HornResp simulation are as follows:

The predicted
frequency response is as follows:

Build
Information: This section will include information such as the
cut sheet and any other information specific to the build process. Two
examples are given below:
Results:
This section will include various performance measurements of the built
system, including (1) frequency response measurements and (2) impedance
measurements. Two examples are given below. Details of how the
measurements were done should also be included. Comparison to other known
DIY or commercial systems may also be included here. Pictures of the
built system can also be included here.
Improvements:
Any suggestions for improvement, such as specific
bracing suggestions, can be included here.
Discussion: A link to
the corresponding discussion about the build on the DIYAudio Subwoofers
forum will be included here.
