I'm wanting to put a sub in my car. I'm not not looking at anything big, i just want something to reinforce the low-end. I was looking at getting this woofer "http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=267-085" and this (or smaller if possible) box "http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=260-642:". But i'm not sure if that would work or not, what would be best, ect....
my priority's are: Size Sound QUALITY! and Volume
i would rather have better quality then power.
oh and this amp i think "http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=267-750" Moderated By: brian@diysubwoofers.org

go to diyaudio.com and read the tapped horn threads. You can get about one and a half octaves at very high efficiency and of very good quality from a relatively small box.
